Rest assured, the property owner follows all the precautions to ensure the safety and health of the guests. The guests are, therefore, advised to put on masks and gloves for their own safety as well as that of those around them. They are also required to comply with local Covid safety protocols to avoid any mishaps or inconveniences to the community.

Casa Azul is located in a quiet neighborhood, with individual housing units around it. This makes our space a true serene escape from all the hustle-bustle of city life. Satiate all your senses with an exquisite vacation in a home equipped with modern-day luxuries and a private beach.
Bedrooms
Casa Azul offers immensely comfortable sleeping arrangements in three fully furnished bedrooms that accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has ample lighting and great airflow. Beds are prepared with fresh sheets as well properly washed and sanitized bed linens. The guests are also provided with extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and hangers.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom features a king bed that’s all fluffed-up with crisp, clean sheets and a comforter. Two windows above the headboard and a three-panel door let in an abundance of natural light. The door opens onto a tiled patio with two comfortable armchairs and a table, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon mojito This bedroom also has two cozy armchairs and an adjacent dressing room.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a King size bed with fresh bed linen and a comforter. A side door opens directly to a gorgeous green patch outside.
Loft 3
Has two daybeds with pillows, blankets, and other cozy accoutrements. For storage there is a chest of drawers.
Bathrooms
Casa Azul has two full bathrooms, each stocked with clean towels, bath accessories like soaps, toilet paper, etc.

Our open concept living room has great views of the private pool and the ocean. Enjoy your favorite shows or a movie on a large flat-screen TV that comes with standard cable on our cozy throw-covered couch and armchairs.
The throw cushions, small area rug, floral floor lamp, and many other small details throughout the setting create an elegant and hospitable family room.
Dining area
The dining area is adjacent to the open kitchen with an ample seating arrangement. This area features a large window with a stunning view of the ocean. The dining table seats six with room for more guests to host larger dinner parties. With a telescope nearby and modern chandelier above the table, the dining room radiates modernity and chicness.

The kitchen bar counter also has plenty of bar chairs that allow you to spend quality time with family and friends while cooking and imbibing.

This warm and welcoming space atmosphere gives you every reason to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Private Pool
The private pool is another luxury. Swim laps, soak, or relax nearby to get a good tan. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers to unwind. The higher platform between the pool and the living room has two seating arrangements, each one with four chairs and a table.
The pool features jets of hot water in the inner circle. You can soak under the sun in the comfort of temperature-controlled water while enjoying the views of the endless ocean stretched before your eyes.
Dock
Walk up to clear, blue ocean water through the wooden dock. Take a stroll whenever you want and admire the beauty of the calm, blue ocean and the lush green surroundings.
Activities available
Two paddle boards are also lying in the backyard next to the pool. You can enjoy surfing or riding the waves. Don’t forget to wear all the necessary safety gear before getting into the water.
There is a floating deck for your enjoyment. It is furnished with chairs and a wooden bench. This is the most heavenly setting for enjoying sunrise and sunsets.

The guests can have the whole house to themselves and can check in without any assistance via a smart lock. The property has its own separate entrance where you can park your vehicle.
The property complies with the enhanced cleaning system to ensure the health and safety of its guests as well as the owner. This enhanced cleaning includes sanitizing each and every frequently touched surface, even the doorknobs and handles. Marathon, Florida is an extremely popular family destination, and home to plenty of attractions for visitors of all ages. It has its own airport, numerous shopping opportunities, an expansive golf course, and several dining experiences with cuisine from all around the world.
Go on a walk and discover the amazing beaches and the surrounding parks. The beaches offer a wealth of activitiess. You can rent a biplane to explore the scenic area from a bird’s eye view. How To Get Here
You can fly directly to Marathon via Florida Keys Marathon International Airport. The facility also operates helicopter tours of the area for the visitors. The airport also has a museum adjacent to it and an old hangar where the visitors can see and climb inside a Baachcraft Model 18.
Marathon Jet Center provides private and corporate jet services. You can also find car rental offices on the airport.

Diving and Snorkeling
Marathon beaches are one of the most popular snorkeling and diving sites in the country because of the crystal-clear water and diverse marine life. Some of our most recommended experiences include Alligator Reef Light, Sombrero Reef and Delta Shoal, to name a few. Advanced divers can explore the Thunderbolt Wreck, four miles off the South coast that lies 120 feet deep on the seabed. It is an iconic site where the divers can even enter the hull of the ship that is still upright underwater. The ship was sunk intentionally as part of a project by the Florida Keys Artificial Reef Association.
